Homeseekers demand a seamless, personalised experience across all the platforms that they use so they can start their search on one and then continue on another device. Increasingly, we’re finding that people prefer using mobile when searching for properties, even when they’re at home, with peak traffic on tablets and phones occurring at around 8pm or 9pm on weekdays. They demand the same speed, functionality and quality of presentation as they do on desktop, and we have to work very hard to make searching and viewing property details as attractive on mobile as it is on a desktop.
