The CitySpot app aims to provide Google Glass users with a way of finding a parking spot without ever taking their eyes off the road.
Once activated, the app pulls up your current location, before searching for the nearest parking lot, displaying how far away it is and how much it costs to use. Once you confirm the choice, the app provides directions that guide you straight to your parking spot.
Initially, the app will only provide information for San Francisco, Toronto and Ottawa, pulling its data from municipal parking sources. Combined with the small number of Glass users, it means its current user base is extremely limited, but given the number of tech companies based around these areas, it could well take off.
