The acquisition will create a business with combined revenues of £25m and enable Esendex to expand from SMS messaging to include voice messaging and Interactive Voice Response systems.
Collstream, founded in 2005, helps customers grow existing relationships, reduce admin overheads and perform core business activities in a more efficient way. It has built up very strong relationships in the debt collection agency space, and manages millions of SMS, email and voice messages every day.
