46 per cent of consumers are less likely to shop around if they are using a dedicated app, as opposed to a mobile web site, a study by online research technology company Formstack has revealed.
The research into the common problems faced in creating a mobile marketing strategy also found that average smartphone conversion rates are up 64 per cent compared to average desktop conversions, demonstrating the importance of a robust approach to mobile marketing.
