Jawabkom, the Arabic interactive question and answer website, has partnered with SLA Mobile to offer direct operator billing to its customers. SLA will also deliver an identity management solution designed to reduce churn and attract new customers.
Set up in January 2014, Jawabkom offers users the opportunity to ask questions to professionals such as lawyers and doctors and get a personalised answer for a small fee. The service allows users to consult experts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in areas such as Marriage, Legal and Nutrition with new fields of expertise to be added as the service grows. The service attracted over 1m registered users within eight months of launching.
