Solstice acts as a mobile-first digital consultancy for Fortune 1000 organisations, advising them on the use of emerging technologies to improve engagement with employees, customers and partners. The company will retain its offices in Chicago, New York and Buenos Aires, and will continue to be led by the existing management team.
The acquisition is part of St Ives’ ongoing efforts to enhance its digital expertise, adding deeper mobile customer engagement and loyalty capabilities, and gives the company a foothold in North America.
