The partnership will provide Concur’s customers with access to Syniverse’s advanced Enterprise Messaging Service, enhancing both the reach and scalability of Concur’s Risk Messaging and TMC Messaging solutions. Concur will be able to provide companies with an automated, enterprise-wide solution to send messages that directly reach employees whether they’re on the road or at their desk.
Concur’s current messaging solutions captures business travellers’ data from flights, hotels, rental cars and rail, providing employers with the ability to define and deliver critical messages based on employee’s current and future travel locations.
